However, certain data such as birthdate and smoker status is maintained by ChoiceQuoteSM for analytical use, downstream marketing and tracking. For example, we gather information as to which features of our site are visited most frequently to improve our site. Subsequently, we may advise you of benefit enhancements that may be of value to you. Insurance Companies
When you send the online Application Request, ChoiceQuoteSM will transpose data to the application for the company(s) you select which will be sent to you for your review, authorization and signature. Some insurance companies confirm selected information from the application by a phone call to you to evaluate your insurability (applies only to Quick Issue Insurance not Guaranteed Acceptance Insurance).
